Jessica Davis is a certified professional dog trainer, behavior consultant, and lifelong animal advocate. She began her training career in 2015 after volunteering at a local animal shelter, where she discovered a passion for helping reactive, fearful, and under socialized dogs. Over the years, Jessica has pursued advanced education and earned multiple certifications, including: Certified Behavior Consultant Canine (IAABC) CPDT-KA and CBCC-KA (Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers, Inc.) Aggressive Dog Master Course Graduate Fear Free Pets Elite Professional, with training across veterinary, shelter, daycare, and training industries PetTech CPR & First Aid Instructor Her work focuses on the power of positive reinforcement to strengthen the bond between dogs and their families. In addition to her private training, Jessica consults with local shelters and rescues to design enrichment and training programs that improve the welfare and adoptability of dogs in their care. She also partners with veterinary clinics, pet-related businesses, and community organizations to promote the benefits of humane, evidence-based training methods. Jessica’s passion lies in not only improving the lives of dogs but also empowering owners with the knowledge and tools they need to build lasting, meaningful relationships with their pets.

    While designed for dog trainers, the communication principles work for any pet service-based business working with clients. Dog trainers will get the most value since all examples and practice scenarios focus on training situations, but pet sitters, groomers, or other pet professionals may find it helpful too.

  • What if I'm not good with technology?

    No worries! The course is hosted on a simple, user-friendly platform. If you can watch YouTube videos, you can take this course. Live calls are hosted on easy to access Zoom links.

  • Will there be other courses offered?
